How to customize and configure the settings of a client


A client’s settings allow you to customize the processes and information related to a client. Choose from the Boards, Contacts, Contracts, Invoices, Projects and Time Tracking, and Transactions modules for your additional settings. You can only see the modules which you have a license for and which were set up on the Clients module level.

To configure the settings of a client, go to the Clients module and open the client’s page. Click in the navigation header and then click Settings.

Click Modules on the left-hand side of the Settings window. A window displaying the available modules will open. Click the toggle to activate each module individually. You can only turn on modules which were set up on the Clients level as On (Activated Individually). Click the link to find out how to customize and configure the settings of the Clients module.

Click Access Control on the left-hand side of the Settings window. From here, you can grant access to new users, revoke access, add relative roles, filter users based on roles, and see teams.

Click Save for the configuration to apply.
