Time entries


The time entries calendar provides you with a clear overview of the completed time entries by office team members. You can choose between a month, week, or day view. Show Special Days means that any National Holidays will be displayed in the calendar. 

To view time entries for the entire Offices module, go to the Offices module and click the Time Tracking tab. If you want to view time entries for an office, go into the office page and click the Time Tracking tab from there. Then, click the Time Entries tab.

The filter allows you to search for time entries by Companies, Employees, Task Categories, and Preferences (Show Special Days).

Hover your mouse over the clock icon next to the filter to view the users who can log time against the office. The avatars on the right of the clock icon represent dedicated personnel. Clicking on any of the avatars will open up basic information regarding the personnel.
