How to add participants to a business trip

After saving the trip, you can add participants. From the Basic Info screen, click the Add Participants icon in the top right corner. A modal window will open. 

Fill out the fields: 

  • Participant (required) – Select a participant from the dropdown list. (You must have at least one employee set up in the Personnel module for this field to populate.) 
  • Comment – Optionally add any notes about the participant. 
  • Is Active – Keep this checked if the participant should be visible in the trip details. 

Click Save or Save & New to add more participants. Their names and avatars will then appear in the trip entry. 

Once created, the business trip will appear on the dashboard, where you can continue managing documents, expenses, and approvals as needed.


How to manage participants in a business trip

From the details page, you can manage participants for the trip. To deactivate a participant, click the … edit icon next to their name and uncheck the Is Active box, then save. To add a new participant, click the person + icon, select the participant from the dropdown list, and save. 

Participants that are active will remain visible in the trip overview, while deactivated participants will be hidden but still stored for reference.
