How to deactivate a contact
Note! A contact cannot be deleted from the system. However, you can deactivate it. A contact that has been deactivated can still be viewed using filters and be reactivated.
To deactivate a contact, go to the Contacts module and click the contact that you want to deactivate.
Untick the Is Active checkbox.
Review and click Save to deactivate the contact.
