What are personnel roles

Personnel roles is a functionality that enables Vault Synapse users to be assigned one or more roles. Regardless of the number of roles and level of access personnel have, this functionality will prove very efficient in granting access to modules and settings. Add all the roles personnel will be taking on to grant access to all of them in one step. This will ensure work processes are smoother and faster. From the personnel’s roles window, you can view, add, or revoke access to roles. 

To see a personnel’s roles, go to the Personnel module and click the Roles tab inside a personnel's page. From here you can grant or revoke access for the personnel.
