What is time tracking in the Offices module


The Offices module’s Time Tracking feature provides a complete overview of tracked time across all offices where time tracking has been enabled—either in individual office settings or at a higher organizational level.

This functionality is particularly valuable for understanding how office managers allocate their time. By reviewing effort estimates, actual time spent, and due dates, you gain insights into resource availability and workload distribution.

In addition, the data helps assess how smoothly and efficiently each office is operating, supporting better planning and decision-making across the organization.

To view time tracking for all offices, open the Offices module and click the Time Tracking tab in the navigation header.

You can filter the Offices task list view by active, inactive, or both. The Tasks, Allocations and the Summary tabs will be displayed. From here, you can review tasks, manage allocations and see a summary of billable and non-billable hours.
