Time Off


Set up and manage time off templates from this screen. General settings let you configure visibility for People to Notify, Should Notify, and Should Notify Level One Only. You can also customize the template by selecting an icon and color for confidential time-off type settings.

You can enable/disable this entity by clicking the toggle in the top right corner of the screen.

You can view a list with templates for each company and add new templates from here. A filter allows you to search for Active, Inactive or all templates.


General settings

  • Is People to Notify Visible (required) – If checked, it will allow users to add people who are non-approvers to the time off emailing list.
  • Should Notify – If checked, it will allow users to add people who are non-approvers to the time off emailing list.
  • Should Notify Level One Only – If checked, only the Level One users will be notified.
  • Icon – Select an icon for your template from the dropdown menu.
  • Color – Pick a color for your template from the color picker.

When finished, click Save


How to add a new template in the Time Off module

Click the Add New button at the end of the Template line.

A modal window will open.

Fill out the following fields:

  • Name (required) – Give the time off template a name.
  • Company (required) – Select a company from the dropdown list.
  • Description – Add any description you might find useful.
  • Is Active – This box is checked by default. 

When finished, click Save.
