Personnel


The Personnel module serves as a secure and centralized location for storing all employee-related information your organization might need. This includes essential details such as basic personal data, payroll records, project allocations, skill sets, absences, and more. All stored information is protected and can be accessed quickly whenever required.

You can activate or deactivate the module by toggling the switch in the top right corner of the screen. From this configuration area, you can also view, edit, or restore file type settings.


How to edit file types in the Personnel module

To edit file types in the Personnel module, select the desired file type from the list and click the action icon at the end of its row. Choose the edit option to open the file type settings, make the necessary changes, and then click Save to apply them.


How to restore default file types in the Personnel module

To restore file types to their default settings, select the file type you want to revert, click the action icon at the end of the row, and choose restore defaults. A window with the default file type configuration will appear; click Save to confirm the restoration.
