How to add a new contact

Fill out the fields about the new contact: 

• Prefix – Enter the title of the person. 
• First Name – Enter the full first name of the contact. 
• Middle Name – Enter a middle name of the contact, if applicable.  
• Last Name – Enter the full last name of the contact. 
• Suffix – Add any titles for the contact. 
• Nick Name – Enter any nickname the contact is known by. 
• Related To – Link the contact to a project. You must have at least one project entry in the Projects module for this list to populate.   
• Social Provider – Enter any social media handles the contact has. 
• Emails – Add at least one email address for the contact. 
• Profile Image – Upload a profile picture of the contact. 
• Company – Enter the name of the company the contact is associated with.  
• Job Title – Enter the position of the contact or their job title. 
• Department – Add a department for the contact, if applicable. 
• Date of Birth – Enter the date of birth of the contact.  
• Gender – Select the gender of the contact.  
• Notes – Option to save any additional notes.  
• Phone Numbers – Add phone number/s for the contact. 

Review the information and click Save. The contact you just created will show up in the contact list.

Note! The user can access the contact details information only with the relevant permissions/access rights given by the administrator.
