How to view a company’s personnel overview
To access a complete overview of all employees within a company, go to the Personnel tab under the company profile. This section presents a customizable grid, allowing users to display and analyze detailed employee information as needed.
The following fields can be displayed and configured in the grid:
- Full Name – The employee’s full legal name.
- Age – The current age of the employee, calculated from their date of birth.
- Allocation – This Month – The percentage of the employee's time allocated to projects for the current month.
- Allocation – Next Month – The expected allocation for the following month.
- Assigned Assets – A list of devices, equipment, or tools assigned to the employee.
- Checklists – Includes onboarding, offboarding, or task checklists assigned to the employee.
- Date Hired – The official employment start date.
- Department – The department the employee is currently part of.
- Gender – Indicates whether the employee is Male or Female.
- Job Position – The current job title or role assigned to the employee.
- Misc – Contains social media links provided by the employee, such as LinkedIn.
- Assigned Office – The office location where the employee is based or seated.
- Security Level – The level of system access or permissions granted to the employee.
- Termination Reason – If applicable, notes the reason for the employee’s departure.
- Time Tracking – Displays recorded time entries submitted by the employee.
- Time Worked – Shows the total hours the employee has worked during a selected period.

This view helps the CEO, HR personnel or managers, efficiently monitor employee data within the organization.
