What are confidential entries
Some entries are considered very delicate or are a private matter that no one else besides the approver should know about. As a result, the request message will be hidden from others.
The user can easily distinguish these entries from others by checking if there is a 
icon within their tooltip. This functionality is defined in the Organization configuration by an administrator.
