How to deactivate a transaction in a business trip
In the trip’s Transactions tab, find the transaction you want to remove from the active list. Click the … (More) icon in its row and select Deactivate.
A confirmation dialog will appear—click OK to confirm. The transaction will be deactivated and hidden from the active transaction list, but it will remain stored in the system for record-keeping.
