Time entries


The time entries calendar provides you with a clear overview of the completed time entries by client team members. You can choose between a month, week, or day view. Show Special Days means that any National Holidays will be displayed in the calendar. 

To view time entries for the entire Clients module, go to the Clients module and click the Time Tracking tab. If you want to view time entries for an individual client, go into the client's page and click the Time Tracking tab from there. Then, click the Time Entries tab.

The filter allows you to search for time entries by Employees, Activity Type, and Preferences (Show Special Days).

Move your mouse over the clock icon next to the filter to view the users who can log time against the client. The avatars on the right of the clock icon represent dedicated personnel. Clicking on any of the avatars will open up basic information regarding the personnel.
