How to add a new document


Open the Business Trips dashboard by selecting the Monetary icon in the main sidebar and clicking Business Trips. Choose the desired trip from the list and click to open it. From the navigation header, select the Documents tab.

Click Add New in the top right corner. A modal window will appear, prompting you to fill in: 

  • Title – The name of the document. 
  • As of Date – The actual date of the document (e.g., date of visa issuance, travel expense date). 
  • Tags – Labels to help organize and search for documents later. 
  • Participant – Link the document to the relevant participant. 
  • Attachment – Upload the file from your device or cloud storage. 
  • Visible to Participants – Check this box if the document should be accessible to trip participants. 
  • Visible in Share – Check this box if it should be available to external partners. 

When done, click Save or Save & New to add another file.
