Calendar


The Calendar tab in the My Profile module provides each user with a personalized overview of their schedule and important organizational events. It serves as a central space to track activities, deadlines, and milestones, making day-to-day planning more efficient. 

To view your calendar, go to the My Profile module and select the Calendar tab. This opens your personal calendar interface, where all events and activities relevant to you are displayed. 

Viewing Modes

The calendar can be displayed in different modes depending on the level of detail you require. The daily view focuses on a single day, allowing you to see individual tasks and events. The weekly view provides a snapshot of your activities across the entire week. The monthly view offers a broader perspective, helping you to plan long-term by reviewing all events scheduled in the month. 

Filtering Options

Filters make it easy to adjust the calendar display to highlight only the events you want to see. You can refine the view to focus on special days, public or company holidays, scheduled business trips, or project milestones. These filtering options allow you to focus on the information that matters most to you at any given time. 

Event Highlights

 Events displayed on the calendar are clearly marked so you can quickly recognize their type and importance. By selecting an event, you can access more detailed information about it, helping you understand the context and prepare accordingly. 

Downloading the Calendar

The calendar view can also be downloaded for offline access, printing, or use with other tools. This ensures you always have access to your schedule, whether or not you are logged into Vault Synapse. 

Note! A user can access information only with the relevant permissions/access rights given by the administrator.
