How to submit transaction items for approval


To submit transaction items for approval, go to the Projects module and click the Transactions tab in a project’s page.

Click in the top right corner. 

The dropdown menu will pop up.

Note! You must have at least one draft estimate entry in transactions for this list to populate. 

Select submit for approval to display the modal window.

All draft transactions will be displayed. You can submit all of them at once or choose specific transactions by unticking checkboxes of transactions that you don’t want to submit at this point of time. Click Submit. If you are an assigned approver, click Submit and Approve.

Color codes for estimates and budgets are predefined by the system, e.g. approved items appear green, denied items are red.

Note! At least one approver must be set up prior to submitting a transaction for approval. An administrator can set up an approver in the Organization Configuration.
