What is time tracking for an individual candidate
Vault Synapse allows you to track how many hours team members have worked on an individual candidate in total and allows you to view a time value for the work on candidate tasks. View how many resources have been allocated to candidate tasks and manage allocations from here. Time entries provide insight into work processes in more detail. A wide range of filter elements allows you to generate customized reports under the Summary tab.
Time tracking is key to productivity and a smooth workflow. If you notice some tasks take a long time to complete, you can evaluate whether the task is profitable or could be outsourced or executed in a different way. Time tracking allows you to make smart decisions about pricing and how you manage your candidates.
To see a candidate’s time tracking, go to the Candidates module and select the candidate you want to see the time tracking for.
Click the Time Tracking tab in the navigation header. The Tasks, Allocations, Time entries and the Summary tab will be displayed. From here you can review tasks, manage allocations, see a calendar view of the tracked time, and see a summary of billable and non-billable hours.
