What are checklist details
The Details section of a checklist is a form holding all the essential information that you need to know about the checklist. Here, you can find details like the Name of the checklist, the Description of the checklist, Applicable to, Checklist owner, Companies, Is Due Date Mandatory, Is Measure Time Mandatory and Is Active status. From here, you can add a run to the checklist, edit its Basic Info or delete the checklist. Other useful information you can view includes the list of all runs in the checklist, assignees, analytic data, and bars representing progress in percentage for each run.
To view more information about a checklist, go to Checklists module and find the checklist whose details you want to view. A click on the selected checklist will open its Details page.

The Details of the specific checklist contain the following:
- Name - The name of the checklist.
- Description - A brief description of what the checklist is for.
- Applicable to - Select the entity/module to which the checklist will apply from the dropdown menu. Entity types are defined in the organization configuration by an administrator. Entity types also depend on the purchased modules.
- Checklist owner - The final validator of the checklist. This is the special role created in the Organization configuration by an admin. You can create more roles depending on your business’s needs.
- Companies - Choose companies that can view the checklist. It can be a single company or multiple companies. Only selected companies will be able to view the checklist. Companies are defined in the organization configuration by an administrator.
- Is Due Date Mandatory - Enabling the checkbox means the checklist has a mandatory due date.
- Is Measure Time Mandatory - Enabling the checkbox means the checklist measure time is mandatory for each task in the checklist.
- Is Active - This box is checked by default. Unticking this checkbox will result in changing the status from active to inactive.
- Runs - A run of the specific checklist is a list of predefined tasks created by checklist administrator / owner. The tasks related to the checklist can be grouped into run sections and assigned to users for completion.
