How to add a new agreement


To add a new agreement, go to the Personnel module and click the Agreements tab inside of a personnel's page.

Click Add New Agreement in the top right corner.

An Agreement modal window pops up.

Fill out the fields about the new agreement: 

  • Agreement Type – The agreement type which will apply to the personnel. Agreement types can be defined in the Organization Configuration by an administrator.
  • Start Date – The date when the agreement commences.
  • Date Terminated – The date when the personnel will be terminated or the date the agreement will stop being active. If a termination date isn't selected, then the agreement will stay there indefinitely.
  • Comment – The user can add any additional comments here. 

Click Save and you will have created a new agreement.
