How to view the organization overview
The Users tab within the Organization module provides a comprehensive and customizable overview of all users registered in Vault Synapse. This interface allows administrators to view user accounts, access levels, and account activity across the entire organization.
The data grid can be configured to display the following fields:
- Name – Displays the user's full name as recorded in their profile.
- Email – Shows the user’s work email address used for login and notifications.
- CCy (Currency) – Indicates the default currency assigned to the user.
- Companies – Lists the companies the user is associated with or has access to.
- Last Activity – Displays the date and time of the user’s most recent login or system activity.
- Password Age – Indicates how long it has been since the user last changed their password, useful for enforcing password security policies.
- Personnel Profile – Shows whether a personnel profile has been created for the user in the Personnel module.
- State – Indicates whether the user account is currently active or inactive.
- User Access – Reflects the role or permission level assigned to the user, which determines what modules and actions they can access.
This overview helps organizational leaders such as CEOs and system administrators monitor user engagement, ensure access compliance, and maintain up-to-date user records.
For details on customizing column visibility, applying filters, or saving specific views, refer to the grid customization guide.
