How to add a note to a candidate


Candidate notes are internal comments your team can use to record observations, updates, or interactions related to a candidate. They make collaboration easier, provide continuity during the hiring process, and serve as a reference for important decisions or communication. 

You can add notes to a candidate profile in two ways. Hover over the Personnel icon in the main sidebar and select the Candidates module. Open the candidate profile you want to update. 


Option 1: Using the Actions Menu 

On the Details page, click the More button () in the navigation header to display the actions menu, then select Add Note. A modal window will open where you can type your note and click Save


Option 2: From the Notes Section 

Open the candidate’s Details page and scroll to the Notes section on the left side of the screen. Click the Add New button to open a modal window, enter your note, and click Save
