How to deactivate a document


To deactivate a document, hover over the Personnel icon in the main sidebar and select the Candidates module. Open the profile of a candidate from the list and click the Documents tab in the header to display all attached files.

Find the document you want to deactivate, then click the More icon () on the far right of its row. From the menu, select Deactivate.

A confirmation dialog will appear. Click OK to confirm. The document will then be deactivated.
