How to add a new time off usage template

To add a new time off usage template, go to the Personnel module and click the Time Off tab inside a personnel's page. 


Click Add New on the right-hand side of the screen. 


A Time Off Template modal window pops up. Select a template from the dropdown menu and click Save. Time off templates can be defined in the Organization Configuration by an administrator. 


You will then see a list of all the time off usage with details regarding the type and the balance. 


How to edit a time off usage type 

To edit a time off usage type, go to the Personnel module and click the Time Off tab inside a personnel's page. 


Find the time off usage type you want to edit and click the edit button at the end of that type row. 


An Edit Type Holiday modal window will pop up. 


Update the relevant information and click Save

How to delete a time off usage type

To delete a time off usage type, go to the Personnel module and click the Time Off tab inside a personnel's page. 


Find the time off usage type you want to delete and click the delete button at the end of that type row. 


To minimize the risk of accidental deletion, you must confirm your intention to delete the time off usage type. Click OK and the time off usage type will be deleted.

Sick Days Heat Map 

This section shows you any regularity regarding sick days so that you’re aware of the days the personnel has taken off. The Sick Days Heat Map follows personnel’s sick days history since the beginning of their employment.
