Sharing business trips with external partners
To share a business trip, start by selecting it from the Business Trips list and opening it. This will take you to the Business Trip Details page. On the right side of the screen, click the Share Business Trip icon to generate a public link.
Once the link is created, click Share Link to reveal three options:
- Select the first icon to open the URL in a new browser window.
- Select the second icon to copy the URL to your clipboard for sharing via email or messaging.
- Select the third icon to stop sharing the business trip, immediately disabling the link.
Please note that the public link will automatically expire 30 days after it is generated.
