What is a user list
The User List in Vault Synapse provides a complete overview of all users in the system. Its structured layout makes it easy to view essential details such as a user’s name, email, currency, company, last recorded activity and much more. Alongside this information, a color-coded display of symbols and data highlights urgent items, shows each user’s current status, and provides insight into their access rights and other significant details.
To see the user list, go to the Users module. You will be presented with a lot of valuable information. You can also create a new user directly from this page.
You can filter grids. Use filters to help narrow down your search.
Clicking on values in the user view will take you to specific tabs across Vault Synapse’s modules.
In the user list, you can change and save the width of the columns in the grid itself. Click the save button to save the changes.
The columns in the grid are optional and are based on your configuration. Click the link to find out how to customize the view.
You can see this information from the user view:
- Name – Displays the user’s full name as registered in the system.
- Email – Shows the user’s work email address used for communication and login.
- Currency – Indicates the user’s default currency, typically based on their country of residence or assigned company settings.
- Password Age – Shows how long it has been since the user last updated their password.
- Companies – Lists the companies or entities the user is associated with in the system.
- Last Activity – Shows how many days have passed since the user’s most recent login or interaction.
- Personnel Profile – Contains basic information about the user.
- State – Indicates whether the user account is currently active or inactive.
- User Access – Defines the level of access and permissions granted to the user within the system.
Note! Vault Synapse is a highly customizable tool, meaning certain parts and functionalities of the application can be additionally built-in or customized based on your business needs and preferences.
