What is the asset kits list
An asset kit is an asset pack comprises items or parts that an asset needs to fully function, such as a laptop, charging cable, adapter, and mouse. The Asset Kits module allows you to manage and track asset kits easily from one place.
The asset kits can be viewed in the Asset Kits list that provides you with all the relevant information about your asset kits, such as the number of asset kits, name, status, when and who by the last changes were made, and the S/N.
To view the Asset Kits list, go to the Assets module and click on Asset Kits in the navigation header.

You can use filters to help narrow down your search by Active, Inactive, or both. Start typing into the search field to quickly find an asset kit.

Click on an asset kit’s name to access the asset kit’s Details page, where you can add events and edit the asset kit’s information.

You can also add a new asset kit from the Asset Kits page.

In the Asset Kits list, you can change and save the width of the columns in the grid itself. Click
to save the changes.

The columns in the grid are optional and are based on your configuration. Click the link to find out how to customize the list view.
You can view the following information in the Asset Kits list:
- Assets – If there is more than one asset kit, the number will tell you how many there are.
- Name – The name of the asset kit.
- State – The state of the asset kit. Green indicates an Active state and grey an Inactive state. Inactive asset kits are visible only through using the Inactive filter.
- S/N – The serial number of the asset kits.
- Last change – Hover the mouse over by and the initials to view the full name of who made the last change and when.
