How to deactivate/archive a board
Note! You can only deactivate or archive boards. Permanently deleting a board is not available.
To deactivate/archive a board, go to the Departments module and click the Boards tab in a department’s page.
In the main board view, click the ... button located in the top right corner of each board card. This will open the deactivate or archive action. Choose one of the two options to remove the board from your active boards.
Click Archive Board and confirm your intention to archive the board by clicking OK.
Or click Deactivate Board and confirm your intention to deactivate the board by clicking OK.
You can also deactivate a board from the Settings window by clicking … and then clicking deactivate.
Confirm your intention to deactivate the board by clicking OK. Deactivated boards can no longer be viewed.
