Time off requests
This section shows all the time off requests the personnel has submitted. Not only is there a list of all the time off requests, but you can also request time off from here. This typically happens when the personnel are unable to make a request due to technical or other issues.
How to create a time off request
To create a time off request, go to the Personnel module and click the Time Off tab inside of a personnel's page.

Click Add New on the right-hand side of the screen.

A Request Time Off modal window will pop up.

Fill out the fields about the new time off request:
- Type – Select a type of time off from the dropdown menu.
- Day Part – Select what part of the day the time off request applies to.
- Date – If you choose First Part of Day, Second Part of Day, All Day, or any hours then select one date to take off. If you choose Multi Day, select the dates you want to take off.
- Request Message – Add a short message explaining why you are requesting time off. This can include any advanced approvals by team leaders or perhaps who will be covering for the user while they are on leave.
- Approvers – A predefined list of all the people that are able to approve the time off request. Approvers are defined in the Organization Configuration by an administrator.
- Extra People to Notify – Select any additional people from within the system that you want to know about the time off request. This person will be notified by email.
Review the information and click Save. The time off request will show up in your requests.
How to edit a time off request
To edit a time off request, go to the Personnel module and click the Time Off tab inside of a personnel's page.

Find the time off request that you want to edit and click the edit button at the end of that time off row.

An Edit Time Off modal window will pop up.

Update the relevant information and click Save.
How to delete a time off request
To delete a time off request, go to the Personnel module and click the Time Off tab inside a personnel's page.

Find the time off request that you want to delete and click the delete button at the end of that time off row.

To minimize the risk of accidental deletion, you must confirm your intention to delete the time off request. Click OK and the time off request will be deleted.
