How to deactivate an asset document
Note! You can only deactivate a document. Permanently deleting a document is not available.
To deactivate a document, go to the Assets module, click on the Assets tab and open the asset that you wish to deactivate. Next, click on the Documents tab inside the asset. Find the document you want to deactivate. Click on the … button at the end of the selected document row and click deactivate.
Confirm your intention to deactivate the document by clicking OK.
