How to share a document


To share a document, hover over the Personnel icon in the main sidebar and select the Candidates module. Open the profile of a candidate from the list, then click the Documents tab in the header to display the list of files.

Choose the document you want to share and click the More icon () at the far right of the row. From the dropdown menu, select Share.

A modal window will appear where you can configure sharing details. Complete the following fields:

  • Shared Spaces – Select a shared space from the dropdown menu.
  • Shared Space Name (required) – Enter the name of the shared space.
  • External Participant Email (required) – Provide the email address of the external participant.
  • Shared Space Item Name (required) – Enter the name of the document or item you are sharing.
  • Expiration Date (optional) – Choose an expiration date using the date picker (current date is preselected).

When finished, click Save to confirm.
