How to grant users and teams access to a department


To grant access to users, click Access Control in the top left corner of the Settings window. 

You can add a relative role to:

A new user 

To add a new relative role to a new user, click Grant Access in the top right corner.

A Grant Access modal window will pop up. Select the users and relative roles from the drop-down menu. Roles can be defined in the Organization Configuration. Users can be defined in the Users module. 

Click Grant Access for the configuration to apply.

An existing user 

To add a new relative role to an existing user, click the Users tab. 

Click at the end of the row of the selected user and click add role

A Grant Access modal window pops up. Select a new relative role from the drop-down menu. Roles can be defined in the Organization Configuration. Users can be defined in the Users module. 

Click Grant Access for the configuration to apply.

An existing team 

To add a new relative role to an existing team, click the Teams tab. 

Click at the end of the row of the selected teams and click add role. Roles can be defined in the Organization Configuration. Team can be defined in the Teams module.

A Grant Access modal window will pop up. Select a new relative role from the drop-down menu. Roles can be defined in the Organization Configuration. Follow the link to find out more about roles. 

Click Grant Access for the configuration to apply.

Note! The clock symbol in the role tab symbolizes the time needed for implementation. After the page refreshes, the clock will disappear.
