What is time tracking in the clients module


The Time Tracking section in the Clients module provides a consolidated overview of tracked time across all clients where time tracking is enabled—either within individual client settings or at a higher organizational level.

This view helps you analyze effort estimates, time spent, and due dates across multiple clients, offering valuable insight into overall resource utilization and workload distribution. It is especially useful when evaluating whether your team has the capacity to take on new clients or additional projects.

The data presented in this section also serves as an indicator of client performance and operational efficiency, allowing you to identify areas that are running smoothly and those that may require further attention or optimization.

To see all clients’ time tracking, go to the Clients module and click the Time Tracking tab in the navigation header.

You can filter the Clients task list view by active, inactive, or both. The Tasks, Allocations and the Summary tabs will be displayed. From here you can review tasks, manage allocations and see a summary of billable and non-billable hours.
