How to add a new rating plan
Note! Ratees must have completed agreements in Vault Synapse for the month you create the rating plan for before you can proceed.
To add a new rating plan, go to the Evaluations module. The Evaluations Dashboard then opens for the current month.

There’s an option for you to create a new rating plan for all ratees at once. Check the box next to Personnel Rated (Ratees) to create a rating plan with the same raters for all. If you want to add a new rating plan with the same raters for some, but not all ratees, check their corresponding boxes. In most cases you will add a new rating plan to ratees individually as the raters will vary.
Click ... in the top right corner and a dropdown menu with a range of actions appears. Click add new rating plan.

You can nominate up to three raters. Make your selection from the dropdown list and click Save.
After saving, you can view the raters on the Evaluations Dashboard. Don’t worry if you made a mistake or changed your mind as the Edit button allows you to delete raters.
The appraiser can later see the person they need to evaluate on their Global Dashboard.
