What is the projects list
The projects list provides a complete overview of all projects associated with a department in Vault Synapse. It allows you to quickly review key project data such as names, managers, phases, status, budget, tracked time, and progress indicators—all in one place.
Depending on your configuration, you can customize which columns appear in the list, filter results, and access related project details. User rights determine visibility and access levels to ensure that confidential project information remains protected.
To access the projects list, go to the Departments module and click on the Projects tab in a department’s page. The list will display all projects linked to that department.
You can filter grids. Use filters to help narrow down your search.
Clicking on values in the project list view will take you to various tabs across Vault Synapse's modules.
In the project list, you can change and save the width of the columns in the grid itself. Click the save button to save the changes.
The columns in the grid are optional and are based on your configuration. Click the link to find out how to customize the view.
