How to customize and configurate the settings of the Assets module

The settings of the Assets module allow you to customize processes and information related to assets. Depending on the licenses your company acquires and the initial Organization Configuration, you can customize and configurate the Checklists module and Documents module, and fields and field line items.   

To configure the settings of the Assets module, go to the Assets module. Click on the … button in the navigation header and click on Settings.   

A window displaying all of the available modules will open. 

Click on the toggle to activate each module everywhere for all Assets module users.    

Click on the different toggles to activate each module individually. This means that users are allowed to activate or deactivate modules for particular assets by themselves. Click the link to find out how to customize and configurate the settings of a specific asset. 

Click on the toggle to deactivate each module everywhere for all Assets module users.   

Click on the toggle to deactivate the complete Assets module. After deactivation, the Assets module will disappear. This functionality is only available for admins.   

Click on Save to apply the configuration.
