How to add a new contact


To create a new contact, go to the Contacts module and click Add New in the top right corner of the screen. A modal window will appear where you can complete the following fields: 

  • Prefix – Optional title such as Mr., Mrs., or Ms. 
  • First Name (required) – Contact’s first name. 
  • Middle Name – Optional. 
  • Last Name (required) – Contact’s surname. 
  • Suffix – Post-nominal titles such as PhD, Jr., etc. 
  • Nick Name – Any alternative or familiar name. 
  • Related To (required) – Link the contact to an entity type. 
  • Social Provider – Add social media links. 
  • Emails – Add one or more email addresses with type labels. 
  • Phone Numbers – Add one or more phone numbers with type labels. 
  • Profile Image – Upload or drag and drop an image. 
  • Company – Associated company name. 
  • Job Title – Position within the company. 
  • Department – Related department. 
  • Date of Birth – Select from the date picker. 
  • Gender – Choose from the dropdown list. 
  • Notes – Add any additional details not covered by other fields. 

When finished, click Save

Note! A user can access the contact information only with the relevant permissions/access rights given by the administrator.
