How to add a reminder to a contract


To add a reminder to a contract, go to the Clients module and click the Contracts tab in a client’s page.

Find the contract you wish to add a reminder to. Click the link to find out how to search for a contract

Click at the end of the selected contract row and click add reminder.

An Add New Reminder modal window will pop up.

Fill out the fields about the new reminder:

  • Subject (required) – Enter a brief, one line, summary of the reminder.
  • Details (optional) – Add more details if applicable.
  • Time Zone (required) – The time zone is related to the notification the reminder will set off. This field is linked to the field below. The time zone from your profile is preselected.
  • When (required) – The date and time at which a reminder will be triggered to send the user a notification. Midnight and the current date are preselected.
  • Is Active – If this is ticked, the reminder will be active. Unticking this checkbox will result in the reminder being deactivated. 

Click Save or Save & New if you want to add another reminder.
