What are My Profile Details
The My Profile Details page is a form that displays all the essential information related to a user.
This section includes core personal and system information such as Full Name, Email, Personal Email, Phone Number, Time Zone, Default Company, Default Language, Week Start, Time Format, Date Format, Analytics Contrast, Profile Image, and an option to change your password.
To update any editable information, simply open the form, make the desired changes, and click Save at any time.
The visibility and requirement of specific fields are determined by your organization’s configuration.
- Full Name – The name of the user.
- Email – Company-provided email address.
- Personal Email – User’s private email address.
- Phone Number – User’s contact phone number.
- Time Zone – Select your preferred time zone.
- Default Company – Set by the organization (non-editable).
- Default Language – Set by the organization (non-editable).
- Week Start – Select your preferred starting day of the week.
- Time Format – Choose between 24-hour or 12-hour format.
- Date Format – Select between formats like mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy.
- Analytics Contrast – Choose contrast level: Low, Medium, or High.
- Profile Image – Upload or update your profile photo.
Note! Vault Synapse is a highly customizable tool meaning certain fields can be additionally customized based on your business needs and preferences.
Note! A user can access the information only with the relevant permissions/access rights given by the administrator.
How to change your password
To change your password in the system, click the profile icon located in the main navigation bar and select the My Profile option. This will open the My Profile interface.
Within the form, you can either enter a new password manually or generate a new one automatically, then click Reset to confirm the change.
If needed, tick the checkbox labeled Request user to change the password on next login. This ensures that the new password will take effect at the user's next login.
