How to submit transactions for approval


Open the Business Trips dashboard and select the trip containing the transactions you want to submit. In the trip header, click the Transactions tab to display the full list of recorded transactions. Locate the Submit for Approval button in the top-right corner and click it. 

A modal dialog will open, showing all pending transactions pre-selected for submission. You can choose to submit all of them as is or uncheck any transactions you want to exclude from the request. A request message is required before proceeding.

If you have the authority to approve your own transactions, click Submit and Approve to finalize them immediately. If approval must come from another user, click Submit instead. 

Once submitted, all selected transactions will change status from Draft to Pending. After they are approved, their status will automatically update to Processed.
