Time entries


The time entries calendar provides you with a clear overview of the completed time entries by allocated resources. You can choose between a month, week, or day view. Show Special Days means that any national holidays will be displayed in the calendar.  Special days are set up in the organization configuration by the administrator.

To view time entries, go to the Checklists module and select the checklist whose time entries you want to view.  


Open the checklist and click the Time Tracking tab, then click the Time Entries tab in the navigation band. 

Note! To be able to see Time Entries, make sure that time tracking had been enabled in the checklist’s settings. 


The filter allows you to filter time entries by Companies, Employees, Task Categories, and Preferences (Show Special Days).  


The avatars on the right of the clock icon represent all personnel with the allocation on this checklist. Clicking on any of the avatars will open basic information regarding the personnel.
