What are client details
The Details section of a client contains all essential information related to that client. It provides quick access to data such as the client’s name, parent organization, associated companies, addresses, and contacts. From this section, you can also add new contacts, generate emails from templates, or edit the client’s Basic Info.
To view a client’s details, open the Clients module, search for the client you want to review, and click their name. This will open the client’s Details page.
The details of the client contain the following:
- Name – Displays the name of the client.
- Tax Information – Contains the client’s tax identification numbers.
- Master Client – If the client is a subsidiary, this field links them to their parent organization.
- Companies – Shows the number of companies associated with the client.
- Contacts – Lists the contacts linked to the client. Each contact can be edited by clicking the edit icon.
- Address – Displays one or more addresses of the client, including office locations if applicable. A Google Maps preview is also available. Each address can be edited by clicking the edit icon.
Note! Vault Synapse is a highly customizable tool, meaning certain fields can be additionally customized based on your business needs and preferences.
Note! A user can access the client information with the relevant permissions/access/runs rights given by the administrator.
