How to edit a department


To make changes to an existing department, open the Departments module and search for the department you want to update. If you need guidance on searching, check out the article on how to search for a department.

Once you have located the department, click its name to open the profile. By default, you will be directed to the department’s Dashboard tab, where you can view an overview of their details.

From the dashboard, click the Edit button. This will take you to the Basic Info screen, where you can update the necessary fields. After making the required changes, review the information carefully and then click Save.

Alternatively, you can edit a department by going to the Departments module, opening the department profile, and selecting the Details tab. From there, click the Edit button to access the Basic Info screen.
