What are company settings
The Company Settings section in Vault Synapse allows administrators to configure and customize how a company operates within the system. Depending on the modules licensed by your organization, you can tailor settings related to Personnel, Offices, Integrations, Transactions, and more.
Company settings ensure that each company operates with the features, notifications, and workflows that suit its specific structure and business needs.
Modules Option
To manage which modules are enabled for a particular company, navigate to the Company module and select the desired company. Once inside the company profile, open the Settings tab and choose Modules from the left-hand sidebar.
A list of available modules will appear. You can activate or deactivate individual modules by toggling the corresponding switches. Once your selection is complete, click Save to apply the configuration.
Settings Option
Within the same Settings tab, select the Settings option from the sidebar to define email recipients for important workflow notifications.
You can set up the following fields:
- Email Recipients for Tokens to specify who will be notified when recognition tokens (such as Shurikens, Kudos, or similar) are awarded.
- Email Recipients for Time Off Requests to determine who receives email notifications when an employee submits a time off request.
- Email Recipients for Rating Bounce Backs to ensure the appropriate users are alerted when a performance rating is returned or rejected.
- Email Recipients for Rating Warnings to notify designated users when rating concerns or thresholds are triggered.
Once all recipient information is entered or selected, click Save to confirm the changes. These settings help ensure the right individuals are informed about critical activities within each company.
