How to manage access control for a bank account


Access control in the Bank Accounts module allows you to define which users or teams can view or manage a bank account. This feature ensures that sensitive financial information is only available to authorized personnel, helping to maintain confidentiality and compliance with your organization’s security policies. 

To manage access for a bank account, open the Bank Accounts module and select the account you want to configure. In the navigation header, click the  menu and choose Settings. This will open the customization panel. From the options on the left, select Access Control

Within the Access Control section, you can grant or adjust permissions for both individual users and entire teams. To grant access, click the Grant Access Control button and complete the following fields: 

  • Users – Select one or more users from the list who should have access to this bank account. 
  • Roles to Add – Choose the appropriate roles from the dropdown menu to define the level of access these users will have. 

Once the details are set, save your changes to apply the updated permissions.
