My Profile
In the Organization Configuration window, select My profile from the side menu and click Open.
The following Display Options can be configured: Field Display, Tab Display and Payroll Options.
- Personal Email – Tick the boxes if you want the personal email to be visible to the user, if the personal email is to be editable by the user, or if you want to make the email entry mandatory.
- Login History – Turn this button on/off to enable/disable login history.
- Evaluations - Turn this button on/off to enable/disable the Evaluations Tab.
- Tokens – Turn this button on/off to enable/disable the Tokens tab. (The Tokens tab will only work under certain conditions. For example, the user must not be in a trial period.)
- Payroll – Turn this button on/off to enable/disable the Payslip tab.
- Payroll Options – Select how many payslips will be displayed on My Profile from the dropdown list. Choose from None, 1-6, or Unlimited.
When you finish, click Save.
