What is an organization


The Organization section in Vault Synapse serves as a centralized workspace where authorized users can manage and view key organizational information. Depending on assigned permissions, users can access and configure company data, manage users, monitor organizational KPIs, and set up essential templates such as time tracking and conversation forms. 

To access the Organization module, click on your profile icon in the main navigation bar and select Organization. This action will open the Organization interface. 

Note! Vault Synapse is a highly customizable tool, meaning certain parts and functionalities of the application can be additionally built-in or customized based on your business needs and preferences.
