How to add a new contribution to personnel


To add a new contribution to personnel, go to the Personnel module and click the Evaluations tab inside a personnel's page. 


The evaluation table consists of clickable fields. Find the box/cell for the month/year that you want to add a contribution to. The box/cell can be empty or contain data. Click inside the box/cell and an Add New Contribution modal window will pop up.  


Fill out the fields about the new contribution: 

  • Attachment – Upload any documents that are important to the contribution.
  • Title – This is the title/name of the contribution. 
  • Value – The value is a score given between –3 and 3. The higher the value, the better the job performance is. Negative values represent incidents.
  • Personnel – This is a dropdown where the user can select multiple personnel to attribute this contribution to. As you add more personnel a percentage counter displays with each name. You can enter their contribution in percentage by using the counter, or by typing the value into the box. To remove a personnel, press the X icon next to their name.
  • Date – The date when the contribution was made. 
  • Type – Select what kind of contribution the personnel made from the dropdown menu or type your own in the input field. 
  • Description – Enter a short description of the contribution the personnel made.  

Click Save. You will then be taken back to the evaluations grid.  

Note! A user can add a new contribution to personnel only with the relevant permissions/access rights given by an administrator.
