They also feed into the dynamic expense graph on the Business Trips dashboard, which provides a visual breakdown of costs by expense type and shows each participant’s spending during the trip. 

This module ensures all receipts, invoices, and related documentation are stored in one place, making it easier for managers and finance teams to approve, audit, and report on travel expenses. Transactions can be billable to a client, shared among participants, or marked as non-billable depending on the trip’s nature.
