Gravatar options
The user dropdown menu in the Gravatar menu provides instant access to personal and workspace options—such as My Profile, My Workplace, Organization, Request Time Management, Add Time Entry, Delete Current Session, and Sign Out—without the need to navigate through additional sections or modules.
To view Gravatar options, open Vault Synapse and click your Gravatar in the top right corner of the home screen.
A menu of options appears providing a shortcut access to the following modules:
My Profile
The My Profile section in Vault Synapse is a centralized hub designed to give users direct control over their account-related information and activity logs. It plays a key role in promoting transparency.

My Workspace
My Workspace is a dedicated dashboard that provides users with a consolidated view of all tasks assigned to them. This feature is particularly valuable for users involved in multiple projects, as it helps streamline task management and improves focus. Instead of navigating through various boards, users can access all relevant assignments in one place and monitor progress effortlessly.

Organization
The Organization section in Vault Synapse serves as a centralized workspace where authorized users can manage and view key organizational information. Depending on assigned permissions, users can access and configure company data, manage users, monitor organizational KPIs, and set up essential templates such as time tracking and conversation forms.

Request Time Off
The Request Time Off module in Vault Synapse allows users to submit and manage their leave or time-off requests within the system. It provides an easy way to track absences, view approval statuses, and ensure accurate scheduling and attendance records.

Add Time Entry
Vault Synapse’s Time Tracking module enables users to record and manage the hours spent on various tasks or projects. It helps maintain accurate work logs, supports productivity analysis, and ensures proper reporting for payroll or project management purposes.

Delete Current Session
The Delete Current Session feature in the Gravatar menu is used to immediately end the user’s active login session. It effectively logs the user out from the current device or browser, ensuring that no one else can access the account from that session. This is useful for security purposes or when switching users.
Sign Out
The Sign Out feature in the user’s Gravatar menu allows users to safely exit their account and end their active session in Vault Synapse.
