How to add a reminder to a contract


To add a reminder to a contract, go to the Personnel module and click the Contracts tab inside a personnel's page.

Find the contract you wish to add a reminder to. Click the link to find out how to search for a contract.

Click … at the end of the selected contract row and click add reminder

An Add New Reminder modal window will pop up.

Fill out the fields about the new reminder: 

  • Subject – Enter a brief, one line, summary of the reminder. 
  • Details – Add more details, if applicable.
  • Time Zone – The time zone is related to the notification the reminder will set off. This field is linked to the field below.
  • When – The date and time when a reminder will be triggered to send the user a notification.
  • Is Active – Active or not? If it’s ticked, the reminder is active. Unticking this checkbox will result in the reminder being deactivated.  

Click Save or Save & New if you want to add another reminder.
